Our partners LUMS recently had the opportunity to test a VR tool for learning how to build a PC at their premises. The tool was developed by the students of the Secondary Vocational and Technical School from Murska Sobota, and it is a very effective way to learn how to assemble a personal computer.

The user puts on a pair of Meta Quest 2 virtual reality glasses and is transported to a virtual environment where they can see all the different computer components laid out in front of them. The user is then guided through the process of assembling the computer step-by-step, with clear instructions and visuals.

VR tool was found to be very easy to use and very effective in teaching us how to build a PC, being able to learn the entire process in a matter of minutes, and the users feel confident that thwy could now assemble a PC on their own.

What is also impressing, is the work of the students from the Secondary Vocational and Technical School in Murska Sobota, and we believe that their VR tool has the potential to revolutionize the way people learn how to build PCs. We are excited to see how this tool will be used in the future, and we hope that it will help to make PC building more accessible to everyone.
